What started as curiosity became research.

Research became reformulation.

Reformulation became elvnelvn.


We didn't want to build just another ice cream brand.

We wanted to build India's clean-label ice cream company.

A company that treats ice cream like food — made with ingredients you recognise, without shortcuts that compromise quality.

We started small. A batch kitchen. Relentless experimentation. Hundreds of failed formulations before we got it right — ice cream that was genuinely clean, genuinely indulgent and genuinely honest.
